Michele,

here is one about osgeo and geoforall from 4 years ago so it needs some updates

https://ncsu-geoforall-lab.github.io/geoforall/osgeo_general.html#/ <https://ncsu-geoforall-lab.github.io/geoforall/osgeo_general.html#/>

you can clone it from the github repository if you wish
https://github.com/ncsu-geoforall-lab/geoforall <https://github.com/ncsu-geoforall-lab/geoforall>

but the OSGEO AGM slides are also a good place to start with - the first couple slides have the general material - you should have them too.

There is also this paper
Coetzee S., Ivanova I., Mitasova H., Brovelli M. A. 2020. Open Geospatial Software and Data: A Review of theCurrent State and A Perspective into the Future. <https://doi.org/10.3390/ijgi9020090> In: ISPRS Int. J. Geo-Inf, 9(2).

and this book chapter that may be helpful
Petras V., Mitasova H., Petrasova, A. 2021. Open Source Software Development. <https://doi.org/10.22224/gistbok/2021.2.4> In: The Geographic Information Science & Technology Body of Knowledge (2nd Quarter 2021 Edition), John P. Wilson (ed.).

I hope this helps, Helena

Has anyone got some slides or previous talks I could use as a reference to get started? I feel like the board might have some useful stuff, but I’m not finding it. Any help would be appreciated.
