[OSGeo-Discuss] License compatibility

Dear all,
I have a project I'd like to release with MIT license.

It uses libraries released with:
- MIT
- Apache 2
- BSD
- GPL 2.1
- GPL 3

I understand potential incompatibility is with GPLs. Do you confirm it?

This also if I do not include the library in my package and is just a dependency (for example in my python requirements.txt)?
