The best place to create requests about our mailing lists is the OSGeo Trac

https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/

Anyways, I will reset the admin password for the mailing list and send 
it to the e-mail configured as list admin (that is not the same as you 
messaged this list but I guess it is also yours).
