[OSGeo-Discuss] Is OSGeo presence on ${one-letter-asocial-media} still desirable?

Regardless of political opinions, there is a fact in twitter/X that
conflicts directly with OSGeo: you need an account to view most of the
things there.
We are an Open Source organization. It makes no sense to use any platform
to communicate information to the public that forces the public to have a
monitored account.
