Hi Even,

I think we all agree on that. It is indeed up to the project and PSC to define the explicit project policy. 

The call made at FOSS4G Europe was to be respectful and open to people that may have a different view on the use of AI than others. This is vital for healthy communities and for inter-project collaboration. OSGeo has to be that place where people are safe.
