[OSGeo-Discuss] Open Source Version of Story Maps?

Hi Folks,

I expect this is the group to ask: Is there an open source equivalent to ARCGIS Story Maps?  Ideally one that builds on Open Streetmaps.  Better if it allows for use of multiple map sources, and allows publishing stories as GeoRSS feeds.
