Dear ML members and colleagues,

Thank you very much for your interest and your applications for the
Travel Grant Program .

We are writing to remind you that the submission deadlines for the
General Track and Workshops are fast approaching. Please make sure to
submit your proposals soon!

Additionally, we have some important updates:

- Academic Track Extended: The submission deadline for the Academic
Track has been extended to March 16.
- Registration Started: Official registration for the conference is now open.
- Super Early Bird: The Super Early Bird rate is available only for
the first 100 registrants. So we encourage you to register as early as
possible.

The Call for Proposals (CfP) is already open and we are actively
seeking your contributions! This is your chance to share your
innovations, research, and experiences with the global FOSS4G
community in the beautiful city of Hiroshima.

📢 Call for Proposals (CfP) — Now Accepting Submissions!

We are currently accepting submissions for three main tracks. Please
be aware that the Academic Track deadline is fast approaching!

- Academic Track (Scientific Papers)
  Deadline: March 12, 2026 (Extended)
  Submissions require an abstract (800–1200 words). Accepted papers
will be published in The ISPRS Archives.
