Dear OSGeo Community,
We have some exciting updates regarding FOSS4G Hiroshima 2026!
1. Early Bird Registration
Extended! To give everyone more time to plan their trip to Japan, we
have extended the Early Bird registration deadline by one week. You
can now register at the discounted rate until 23:59pm on 8th May in
UTC. Note: Please check your local time to ensure you don't miss the
UTC deadline!

2. Workshop Program & Tickets Released
The Workshop Program is now live, featuring over 50 hands-on sessions
covering a vast range of open-source geospatial technologies.
- Dates: August 30-31, 2026.
- Important: Each workshop slot requires a separate ticket. After
purchasing, you MUST select your specific workshop in the attendee
details to secure your spot.

3. General Session Presentations
The list of accepted presentations for the General Sessions is now
available online.

We received a fantastic range of topics! The full detailed schedule
