You are invited to join us for the Ethical Data Initiative Stakeholder Forum: Framing the Future of the Global Research Commons, hosted by the Ethical Data Initiative (EDI) in collaboration with the University of Exeter and the Technical University of Munich on 5th October 2026. This free to attend hybrid pre-plenary event leads into the Research Data Alliance’s 27th London Plenary Meeting (RDA P27). RDA P27 will be hosted by UK Research and Innovation (UKRI <https://www.ukri.org/>), the UK’s largest public research funder.

The Forum brings together international leaders in research governance, funding, and data policy to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and ethical stewardship.
The afternoon features two complementary panel discussions:
