starting to warm up. Several programmers from the different Java GIS projects
have been exchanging e-mails, and someone suggested we start a mailing list to
discuss collaboration issues. We’d like to have this mailing list
affiliated with the OSGeo if there are no objections from members. This would
give the list a neutral tone and would help integrate efforts at collaboration
into the GeoTools fold.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
