<div dir="ltr">Dear All,<div><br></div><div>I'd like to nominate Ian Edwards for OSGeo charter membership. Ian is the current Chair of the UK local chapter, and is a crucial member of the local organising committee for FOSS4G 2013. He also has lots of extremely useful Drupal skills that he's hoping to use on the WebCom committee (not that he needs to be a Charter Member for that of course) and is involved with the OSGeo Live Project.</div>
