Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) <a href="http://www.ecmwf.int/" target="_blank">
http://www.ecmwf.int/</a> on this weekend.<br>

I understand from Julia that many people from variety of expertise have registered. I did my best to get the info. dissiminated through various maillists to get more outreach for increasing the usage of GloFAS.<br>
<br>
I am also interested in how we can get more organisations (esp. in the local level) to make use of GLoFAS for better preparedness and helping save lives.
<br>
<br>
Julia will post the outcomes of the Hackathon in the list after the event, so we can get (even those who were not able to attend) to be contribute more ideas for this.

I am aiming to be there on 16th only for the wholeday ( i have some family commitments that i need to attend on 17th). I look forward to see many of you there.<br>

Really sad to see the devastation caused by heavy flooding across parts of Northern England and Scotland happening now by Storm Desmond. We all need to work together as a global family to find solutions [1] to these global challenges.
