It is my great pleasure to nominate Rohit Reddy [1]<br>
as a Charter Member to OSGeo.<br>

He is a young researcher who has shown dedication and commitment<br>
to the OSGeo mission. He is an active member of the OSGeo India Local<br>
Chapter.  He was has participated of GSoC projects and contributed<br>
to pgRouting (OSGeo Community Project). He  is currently<br>
servers as a mentor and will represent OSGeo at the GSoC Mentor<br>
Summit 2017.<br>
<br>
He conducts his R&D using FOSS4G tools. His keen interest in promoting<br>
and developing OSGeo software will makes him a great choice for<br>
nomination as Charter Member for OSGeo.<br>
