Yeah, the more we mull this over, the more I’m leaning towards a online Event form. Centralized collection of the information is the hardpart, the next step would be to figure out how to disseminate. The Online Form could be used to post to the appropriate
list(s) and populate event calanders and news feeds. Some of this could be left up to the poster too, with dropdown/checklists in the form for the desired publication endpoints. I still think there may need to be a vetting piece in front of the actual publishing
though. But since all info of this type could conceivably be funneled through this new Event form, then the vetting process could be automated to a fairly high degree, and it could be set up to work with multiple individuals with the vetting authority, even
similar to TRAC . . . .
