Hi Vanno,

I don't know of any open (or closed?) source C# compatible component for viewing and editing 3D spatial data.  In fact there are very few 3D mapping components.  In the past I've built Windows apps with VTP (http://vterrain.org/), but that project has been dead for several years now.  Currently, the most active 3D  application is CesiumJS (https://cesium.com/cesiumjs/), but it is intended for Web based applications.
