Ervan uitgaande dat de rotatie nog steeds geldt:

2014 lijkt me geen optie, dat is Noord Amerika.

2015 is in principe buiten Europa/VS (other).

Dus ik neem aan dat je je dan richt op 2016 Jeroen?
