oosten: De jaarlijkse OpenStreetMap State of the Map: "The 6th Annual 
International OpenStreetMap Conference Tokyo, Japan, September 6th – 
8th, 2012" http://www.stateofthemap.org . Hier ook weer veel Nederlandse
