[Dutch] Fwd: Become a sponsor of GRASS Community Sprint 2013

Ik volg splashmap al een tijdje. Leuk initiatief, hele nieuwe aanpak met
betrekking tot handzame kaarten. Arnulf Christl is er ook nauw bij
betrokken.

Wat betreft OpenLayers 3; Veel overheidsinstanties zitten nog op Internet
Explorer 7. Migratie vanuit IE6 heeft jaren geduurd. Ik verwacht dan ook
dat IE9 over 2 á 3 jaar pas zijn opwachting zal maken. De vraag is dus:
Gaat OpenLayers 3 iets betekenen voor onze doelgroep? Ik denk van niet. Dat
was voor mij reden om niet te doneren. Mocht er een project op staan dat
funding vraagt voor het stabilizeren en verbeteren van OL2.1x dan zal ik
wel doneren.
