[Dutch] New Release Flamingo 4.3.2

Hi all,

The Flamingo4-GeoCMS dev-team is proud to present version v4.3.2. This version contains a lot improvements. Here is a small excerpt:

New functionality:
- TOC has the option to switch on/off all the layers at once
- It is now possible to add help texts to components
- Text when clicking on a layer in the TOC can be edited
- Geometries that are drawn are stored in the bookmark.
- Wait cursor is added when clicked for a getFeatureInfo
- Case insensitive search in filter 
- Dataselection/Filter now has a option to select the "term" from a list
- Dataselection/filter equals function is now case-insensitive

Bugfixes:
- OpenLS searchclient now honors the tomcat proxy settings
- DataStores are now being correctly disposed for a number of functions
- When updating a featuresource, the applicationlayer was "corrupted".

Update instructions
When updating from version 4.3, just drop the war in tomcat and the database will be updated automatically. When updating from a prior version, please follow the instructions on this page: https://github.com/flamingo-geocms/flamingo/wiki/Update.
