[Dutch] Release Flamingo 4.4.0

Dear all,

A bug has been discovered by the Province of Overijssel (thanks for submitting the bug!).

It appears some table names have more than 30 characters (which is not allowed at oracle HQ). 

I have made a new release which fixes this problem. Get your update now! It is available at https://github.com/flamingo-geocms/flamingo/releases/tag/v4.4.0 (I've replaced the faulty .wars), and all you have to do is drop the .wars in  tomcat.

Two things I forgot to mention which are new in this release:

* The tree (with layers) is now cached. With large trees this is a significant speed improvement.
* The left and right panels are now collapsible (thanks Gelderland!)

If you have installed 4.4.0, I urge you to redownload it reïnstall the new .war file to correct problems.

      Hi all,

The Flamingo4-GeoCMS dev group is proud to present you the next installment of Flamingo 4. This is a major release, because the is a lot of extra functionality added, which requires some extra configuration. However, the extra configuration is not mandatory. If it is not done, the functionality wil not work (correctly), but it will not interfere with the rest of the functionality.

New functionality:

* Indexed searching [1]
* Measure area component (https://github.com/flamingo-geocms/flamingo/issues/122)
* Selection module has more options: extra filter for CSW, matching CSW records with registry, and many more (https://github.com/flamingo-geocms/flamingo/issues/102 https://github.com/flamingo-geocms/flamingo/issues/92)
* FeatureInfo has waiting indicator (https://github.com/flamingo-geocms/flamingo/issues/88)
* It is possible to make a searchentry with a simple list (https://github.com/flamingo-geocms/flamingo/issues/98)

Bug fixes:

* Drawing component uses the selected color also for the strokecolor (https://github.com/flamingo-geocms/flamingo/issues/121)
* WMS getfeatureinfo works again (https://github.com/flamingo-geocms/flamingo/issues/116)
* Printing prints labels and adheres to the color of the drawn features (https://github.com/flamingo-geocms/flamingo/issues/95)


Indexed searching
This is an advanced feature, but it allows for great user experiences! Using the great Solr search engine, it is possible to search through configured attributesource. This includes one input for multiple searchentries, autosuggest and a restyled look-and-feel for the searchresults.
To accomplish this, one has to do some extra configuration, as explained in [1] and [2]. It is important that you start solr _after_ you start the viewer and viewer-admin, because they configure and setup the search engine. 

Our thanks extends to the Provincie Utrecht and the Provincie Overijssel for funding the new features and bugfixes in this release.
