[Dutch] Translation of gvSIG interface

Hi all,

next gvSIG 2.4 version, the open source GIS, will be released soon with 
several novelties, and the community is working on the translation of 
the strings. At this moment gvSIG is translated to more than 25 
languages, but it's not translated to Dutch. If you are interested in 
collaborating with the translations you can contact me.
