[OSGeo-Edu] Getting Started on the Free GIS Book...

The wiki could be fine for a start, but I think we'll need something  
more structured as things progress.  The OSGeo CMS/drupal web site  
will be ready for this in the new year, but until then I think we  
should just make do with whatever you want.
