[OSGeo-Edu] FreeGIS Book

Hi Allan,

I have started a stub for FreeGISBook at:
<http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/Education_Working_Groups#FreeGISBook_Group>

I would assume one could just create a link from that, and it would be
another "workgroup" of the edu committee. Let me know if something
else is needed.
