Greetings everyone!

Our group has been rather quiet of late. Just wanted to "ping" you all
to 

(1) wish you all in advance a happy new year, and 

(2) let you know that sometime very soon Ned Horning, Sasha Stepanov and
I will be proposing a method we've been developing to create and manage
OSGeo edu content.

Perhaps shortly after the new year people can update us all on any
relevant activities.
