We work in opensource education
The program called jtechnopreneur
We add geonetwork, to our curriculum, but only install and deployment, worked with bakosutranal from indonesia
That will be awesome if we can firm open education,
And have more intensif sylabus

Ian mentioned "code sprint" - that is one potential option too - if you want to do more than just a few presentations. Perhaps piggy back on the code sprint (likely to be hosted at a local university anyway) and make a day of it! It will be the Saturday following the main event.
Also, not there is going to be a workshop showing how GeoTech Center + OpenGeo are working on a curriculum based fully on GFOSS. I don't think we've heard about it on this list but maybe folks from those groups are hear and can share a bit too.
