I'll be starting work on Volume 12 of the OSGeo Journal next week.
This will be the peer review edition that we'd like to get published before the end of the year. I had a couple of questions for this
group:

1) Would anyone here be willing to help review our submissions for Volume 12?
2) If I provide a request for contributions next week, can you help distribute it to interested students in your institution?
3) Do you have any thoughts on open research (http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2012/may/01/open-free-access-academic-research),
and how we can support it in the OSGeo Journal? Would it be possible to get submissions to a peer review issue of the journal not subject to patents and copyright?
