[El] GRASS 6.4.0svn-r43144 in [elgis-testing], solving wxPython issue

Hi,

with the help of the GRASS developers we could fix the issue affecting
the wxPython GUI of GRASS 6.4 (discussed here: [1]).

A version based on the revision 43144 of the
http://svn.osgeo.org/grass/grass/branches/releasebranch_6_4
SVN branch has been built and deployed in elgis-testing.
