[El] dependency error while installing postgis RPM

Thank you very much Mathieu,  with the RHEL/CentOS base rpm for postgresql84
(instead of the pgdg84 from PGRPM ), the elgis rpm for postgis what
installed like a charm!

Thank you for maintening those packages, I will definitely follow the
evolution of this repo for my purpose.
