[El] Does mapserver support xml mapfiles?

Hi,

Q1: Does the elgis mapserver RPM (5.6.5) has been generated with the xml
flag?

Q2: Would it be possible to deliver both mapfile.xsd and mapfile.xslt
within your next release?
