[El] gdal-java

Package swig-1.3.40-1.i386.rpm from FC12 may not be installed on CentOS5
but it can be rebuilt (and the rebuilt package installed).

Rebuilding gdal-1.7.3 again.
And building imageio-ext:

No :-(
Tests still failing.
