[El] GRASS 6.4.0 (release) available in elgis-testing

Hi,

GRASS 6.4.0 has been released and packages have been built for it in
elgis-testing.

The GRASS team would like to have has many binaries as possible before
they widely announce it, so it would be great if you could test this
build in your various usage scenarios.
We would then be able to push it quickly to elgis (stable).

Unfortunately the versioning did not work very well and previous
builds (6.4.0RC6-3.el5.elgis in elgis, 6.4.0svn-r43144.el5.elgis in
elgis-testing) are considered newer by yum.

So, in order to test it, one needs:
- to remove a previously installed version (yum remove grass*)
- exclude grass form elgis (stable) by editing /etc/yum.repos.d/elgis.repo:

[elgis]
name=EL GIS 5 - $basearch
...
exclude=grass*

Sorry for that, we need to find a better versioning/naming for the
next dev cycle.

I also had some issues (like wx not being used as the defautl UI)
which where solved by cleaning up my user directory:
rm -rf ~/.grass*
