[El] Any objection to updating GDAL to 1.7.2 in elgis (stable)?

It seems that the C-API of GDAL is quite stable and forward compatible. Nontheless, I would rebuild MapServer.
I can take the time to test it in the next days. GDAL 1.7 has some nice additions over 1.6, both in drivers and functionality. We are using it since a month, more or less, and did not encounter any problem.
