I didn't see the log you attached.

The i386 packages are obviously drawn in because you somehow requested to 
install mapserver.i386.

yum install mapserver.x86_64 should solve that, if it happened on its own, for 
some reason.

Actually, from what I see, nothing was installed yet. The packages were only 
downloaded but rpm found there would be conflicts and did not install them.
