[ELGIS] TR: GDAL 1.8.0 add OGC Web Map Service format - WMS

Hello

Try to add “OGC Web Map Service” format (http://www.gdal.org/frmt_wms.html)
but it’s the first time for me and it’s not very easy to rebuild and install
the new rpm.

I think it’s just adding the configure option ‘--with-ogr’ in gdal.spec

But that doesn’t work for me yet :(
This option can be added in the next release ?
