[ELGIS] GeoServer on Enterprise Linux tutorial updated for v2.1.1

Hello,

I have updated (and tested) the deployment of GeoServer v2.1.1 using
standard packages:

I have removed the "experimental" from the LDAP section title. I have
used it for a while with v2.0.x and with the upgrade to Spring
Security 2.0.6, I am more confident about it (since this is the
technology we use for our own applications and I'm quite familiar with
it).
However the LDAP configuration changes were quite significant, so I
may not have noticed all the side effects yet.

More generally the upgrade was very smooth from an existing v2.0.2
with separate data directory under /var/lib/geoserver
