release."

"This one is a preliminary snapshot of the next-to-come stable version: so 
it's very alike you can find several bugs or other inconsistencies"

Librasterlite was consider nothing more than a concept in 2.4, if I remember 
correctly. Why would you want to use 3.0 yet? QGIS, the only application I 
know, that uses it, doesn't use it now.

Spatialite_gui depends on Libgaiagraphics. Libgaiagraphics is on review again: 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=670608

git://git.geofrogger.net/git/fedora-packaging has a working draft spec file for 
Spatialite_gui.

Just heard of FreeXL for the first time. If you want to share the spec file, I 
can put it on review in Fedora.
