Dear Peter,

I reworked your freexl specfile to suite the Fedora packaging guidelines. I'll 
put it on review, but it will be regarded older than your package when it 
comes out, because of the naming guidelines:

You can take a look at it, if you want to:

Directory is _draft/freexl

By the way: For some reason the tarball from your SRPM and the one I 
downloaded are not the same byte size, though the content is the same. They 
also have different timestamps.
