[ELGIS] MapServer 5.6.7 and 6.0.1 in ELGIS 6 Testing (renaming mapserver > mapserver5, mapserver6 > mapserver)

Hello,

both branches of MapServer have been built for EL 6 and deployed in testing.

The packages have been renamed (just as php53 > php, postgresql84 >
postgresql in EL6):

- mapserver5-5.6.7
- mapserver-6.0.1

All comments and objections are welcome.

Thanks to Nikolaos for contributing the necessary fixes!
