[ELGIS] Question on ELGIS 5

The current idea was to not upgrade to new major versions for EL 5. But
it's not set in stone, depending also on how much interest is in these
upgrades.
Personally, I'm preferring to deploy new stuff on EL6 machines for a
number of reasons.
