[ELGIS] GDAL 1.9.0 finally in Fedora Rawhide

Dear list readers,

the GDAL 1.9.0 build just finished in Fedora Rawhide. It will need a
couple of tweaks for ELGIS 5, but should build without major changes for
ELGIS 6.

The main problem with EL 5 is, that it does not handle noarch packages.

The sub-packages are different than before, to better allow for
multi-lib and to follow the packaging guidelines more closely.
