[ELGIS] /usr/lib64/libspatialite.so.2: undefined symbol: sqlite3_clear_bindings in Unknown on line 0

When I try to install all the dependencies needed to rpmbuild the mapserver
package I get the following errors: http://pastie.org/3117503

Can this be fixed/skipped ?
