[ELGIS] tile chace

I am start getting white tiles and I have a wms mapserver:

UNITS dd
WEB
   METADATA
    "wms_title"  "Project1"
    "wms_srs"       "EPSG:4326 EPSG:4269 EPSG:900913"
    "wms_format" "image/png"
   END
END

PROJECTION
  "proj=latlong"
  "ellps=WGS84"
END

after that I have my raster image

imagetype is working for sure.. the wms service  is working with opelayers but not with the tilecache and 
mapserver is running on fcgi (i don't know if that affects) I also change it to cgi it didn't do any better :)
but I'll try the mod-geocache

through tilecache I am using WMSLayer all the fields are ok but no results :)

Do you have any details? Which protocol?
Common problems are related to extends and SRS. Are the cells white or
do you get error messages instead of images? Which client?
