[ELGIS] Using Fedora Git for ELGIS

Not that I'm taking anything away from Mathieu and everyone @ ELGIS ..

you could build from the source to get the latest...

as long as you follow the build instructions to the letter, you will be ok.

I just built GDAL 1.9.1 for both CentOS 5.8 and 6.2 64bit
