[ELGIS] ELGIS 6 Stable updated

Hello,

Tested my setup with gdal, postgis, php-mapserver, pgrouting with both
clean install and update, all works fine.

Quick question, pgRouting 2 is not backward compatible with pgRouting
1, will the pgRouting 2 package have the name of "pgrouting2" so no
existing applications will break ?
