[ELGIS] elgis.argeo.org down for maintenance

Hello,

the ELGIS repo is back online. The IP address of http://elgis.argeo.org has
changed (to 91.121.231.43), so you may need to wait for your DNS to be
refreshed. There will be other downtimes in the coming weeks, but much
shorter.
