[ELGIS] ELGIS repo error

Hello all,
The ELGIS repo seems to have stopped working. It was all fine a week ago, before I went on holiday, but now when I run
rpm -Uvh http://elgis.argeo.org/repos/6/elgis-release-6-6_0.noarch.rpm
I get a 403 error.

Is there a mirror for these binaries, or another way to install them? I'm using Scientific Linux 7.3.
