maybe useful for tomorrows report about upcoming OSGeo Europe related activities in Dar:

This morning, the organizers of the Eastern Partenership e-Infrastructure Conference (EaPEC 2018) confirmed a presentation about the activites of OSGeo Europe (to foster Open Science in Europe). the conference will take place in Moldavia in october.
