[fdo-dev] Long Transactions support in MySQL provider

Hi Mateusz,
 
I just checked on the MySQL command capabilities and they do not include Long Transactions. The Essential FDO is wrong, and I will correct that when I get back to the office.
 
BTW, I work on the documentation, and I apologize for that error.

	Small addendum to what I've noticed, the same situation is in
	FdoRdbmsMySqlConnection::CreateCommand() function
	which throws "Command not supported" exception for every type of
	LongTransaction command.
