[fdo-dev] single-char to wide-char conversion

If you are converting to/from multibyte, use the following marcos....

	...\Utilities\Common\Inc\FdoCommonStringUtil.h

		multibyte_to_wide
		wide_to_multibyte

If you are converting to/from utf8, use the functions...


	...\Fdo\Unmanaged\Inc\Common\StringP.h


		FdoStringP::Utf8FromUnicode
		FdoStringP::Utf8ToUnicode

We have the multibyte macros because class FdoStringP does not act on
multibyte strings.
