Some details to building FDO on Win

Hi,

I'd like to ask for adding a note to FDO building
instructions for Windows, that's the FDO onfiguration does *not* allow
to mix build configurations (release or debug) for FDO components.
For example, according to FDO projects configuration,
on Windows it's *not* possible to build Thirdparty as release
and fdocore as debug.

This note does not apply to building FDO on Linux, where you can
build FDO components using different configurations.
